80x86 to 68000 Sourcecode-Converter /// Up to now, if you had to tranfer an assembler program to an another computer, we had to write a complete new source-code. To reduce this grievance I wrote a converter which translates 80x86 code into 68000 code (e.g. for AMIGA). I set more value on an optimized code than on a 100 % correct translation of the commands. The translated program should have the same speed (I mean the translated code should be more of practical use than of academical benifit). The translated code shoudn't have more lines than the original program.

AAPlay 1.1 Autodesk Animation files (FLI/FLC) were quite popular in the 90s and often used in games (the screenshot shows an FLC from Daggerfall). This little freeware utlity plays them, it can also adjust their palette to Windows. Since newer viewers rarely support this format, the player will be useful under later Windows versions as well. The AAPLAY.DLL can be used by any program to play Autodesk Animator files, a C header file is included in the archive. Installation I found it unnecessary to run the setup. Besides copying the two DLLs and the usually not needed driver to the system folder and creating a program manager group, it adds the following passage to the WIN.INI: [mci extensions] wav=waveaudio mid=sequencer rmi=sequencer flc=Animation1 fli=Animation1 aas=Animation1 It does not associate any files extensions with the player, if you want that, you have to do it yourself.
