It is quite common for "modern" virus scanners to get false positives scanning older software. This is especially true of odd dos programs, and programming languages like this, that were commonly written using poor, hackish, techniques. AI/heuristics in "modern" scanners will randomly flag these as suspicious.
Besides, Statya Nadella reeeeallly wants you to throw out all old software and buy his smelly new software.
