Note that this is not an official Microsoft release. It is the well-known Wengier DOS, a stand-alone OS built around DOS 7.1 extracted from Windows 98. It's a bootable CD image with a TUI installation which also gives you the option to install additional "add-on" package, some of which included commercial software.
