This is a .rar file but is missing the .rar extention, so was set to .txt by Vetusware. When attempting to download, all that appears is a text view of the file. To download, you must right click "direct link" and select SAVE TARGET AS.., which will bring up the File Save As Window so the file can be downloaded and saved. After the file is saved, it must be renamed with a .rar extention. The file can then be opened as a .rar compressed file.
