These images are copied from my own ancient media (some of my floppies are over 30 years old), so I do have the ability to re-image if there's a better way. I used dd on a modern Mac with a USB floppy drive to create raw images, and that's what I post. If anyone has a different method that can capture images that have enough information for this (or possibly other) copy protection mechanisms, I'll look into them. I don't know a great deal about emulation or copy protection, but I'm comfortable building a Linux box with floppy drives (and will probably do so soon anyway so I can image my old 5.25" disks, since a 5.25" USB drive doesn't seem to exist).
