This does NOT come from SCO, but rather from Tandy.
The target is the Tandy 6000, which CPU is a Motorola 68000. And it is for Xenix 3.0, the version which matches Unix System III (1981), with BSD enhancements.
Disks are in ImageDisk format, see http://www.classiccmp.org/dunfield/img/

This seems to be Tandy Xenix Development System from 1985 as seen by internal copyright notices. 14 disks in IMD format.
