dyalog APL 6.1 release 1

Description:APL for dos, first disk label says "Serial Number 000003" so I guess it's pretty early on. Couldn't get it to run in DOSBOX as it complained with an error. Probably too fast a machine. Maybe better luck with QEMU or similar.

For other DOS emulators, change CONFIG.SYS to disable HIMEM.SYS
