This is ZipZap 7.0 dated 1990-09-01 06:00. It's shareware or registered shareware, but there's no nag. No documentation. Version 7.15 also exists with documentation that's similar. I can't find a website for it. The serial is embedded in ZZ.EXE at offset 17977 (0x4639) as UInt16-BE rather than UInt16-LE.
