RTFGEN 2.0
Windows 3.x program to automate the creation of Windows Help files. It compiles ASCII files into RTF files accepted by Windows Help Compiler. It has a basic GUI and full help (of course!) describing the syntax and how to use it. Requires Windows Help Compiler (there is a copy included in Visual C++, Borland C++, and probably Delphi).
