Victor DOS 3.2 3.20

Victor Tecnology MS-DOS 3.2 + Diagnostics for V286 Computers. The OS itself and all the utilities are in *English* but they were distributed in France so there are a couple of LISEZ.MOI (READ.ME) files and AUTOEXEC.BAT outputs some text in French. At boot COMMAND executes a file CONFIG.BAT, if exists, after running AUTOEXEC.BAT.
