Adds Windows 16bit API to IBM and Microsoft OS/2 1.x with Presentation Manager (16 bit Versions – not tested on 2.x but should work). Windows Programs have to be relinked against WLO to produce OS/2 PM applications. Basic Windows accessories like Solitaire, Cardfile, Notepad and Terminal are included in the WLO package. Must be installed from OS/2 command prompt. Read README.TXT before installing! Doesn't work nor make any sense on other operating systems than OS/2!
